Hi, Cardmakers and Stampers,

I created this blog to help novice crafters who find themselves stymied by the sometimes overwhelming amount of information related to the hobbies of stamping and cardmaking.

I started stamping in 1999.  I took a stamping class at Michaels, found a stamp store (40 miles from my home), bought a couple of books on stamping and I learned through trial and error.

Today, there are a lot more resources and new innovations, but diving in blind can be expensive and the novice cardmaker can spend hours on th internet trying to decide the best direction for their artistic expression, the proper equipment, and the best place to purchase supplies.

As we go along, I hope that those of you who utilize this site will share images of the cards you have created.
