Robert Jackson's "Phebe's Journey" Collection

Hello, Cardies!  I started a design team with the consent and help of artist Robert Jackson.  When I started blogging, I spent hours looking for African American Images.  Most of my early cards had not stamping.  Then I found Scraps of Color and Robert Jackson.  Now, all designers will have access to fun and wonderful AA images.  You can even get images of your favorite celebs.  I hope all designers will join us in our inaugural blog hop and design challenge.   This is not an AA thing, This is an ART thing!

Welcome to the Launch Party for Jackson’s Digital Expressions.  We are having a BLOG HOP  and Design Challenge to introduce our DT members and to introduce many of you to our resident Artist, Robert Jackson.  We have a large team, so, to meet the team, go to the page, Design Team Reveal.

The Hop  – How to Play:  Follow the path to each DT member’s blog.  Make sure you leave a comment on each and that you FIND the MYSTERY LETTER.  Hint: The Mystery Letter is the basis of  each project.  It could be the color, the shape, (i.e. If the letter assigned is “B”, then the DT may have been told to use “Brads or Beads” in the design.   After you complete the hop, return here and leave a comment that includes the MYSTERY WORDS.   Each DT member will have a random drawing and award a prize to some lucky visitor  to their blog, and, we will have A GRAND PRIZE drawing here for those who collect all the letters and correctly Identify the Mystery Words.   Here’s another Hint:  “Like Mary Mary drop the M Mo ary and that’s the only rule that is contrary!”

About Chana Malkah

I am a "bubbie" (translation: grandmother), clinical supervisor(pediatrics) and an avid cardmaker. I enjoy making stationery sets and giving them to family and friends. This blog is for those who are just starting to explore cardmaking and other papercrafting. I have been away from cardmaking for about five years and was astounded by all the exciting changes in the craft. When I started stamping back in 1998, I only worked with wood mounted rubber stamps, metal stencils, markers and embossing powders and ink. Now there is a whole world out there and I hope we can explore together. In just eleven short months, I have gone from being afraid of posting my work...to being invited to join two design teams and waiting to hear from two more! Pursue your Passion!
