Girly Girly!

Digital "Cake" Image by Guylou's Inimitability

This week at Guylou’s Inimitability, Brenda challenged us to make a Girly Girly Card using  Pearls and Lace.  I have quite a few Pearl Flourishes in my stash, but I rarely use them!  They look so pretty when I’m shopping and then I never feel like they are right for the card I’m working on!  In case you haven’t figured it out, I like basic layers and simple focal grouping.  Every now and then I will go crazy and put a lot of stuff on my cards, but not often!  Enough about me.  I would love to see an entry from YOU in this challenge.

You can win this digi by leaving a comment on this posting.

Carla S and Sheila H are the winner’s for “You Are So Not My Sweetheart” and will receive a gift certificate for “Pirate Bear” from Guylou’s!

A winner will selected randomly and will win:

1. A $10.00 gift certificate from Guylou’s online store

2. and the winner will also be invited to be a Guest Designer on one of our upcoming challenges.

You can enter only one project per challenge, but if you use a Guylou’s Inimitability digistamp, your project will count for two entries. If you don’t have one of her digistamps and your budget is tight; please check her online store where several freebies are available.
You will have until March 1st, 10:00 pm (EST or click here to find out the corresponding time where you are) to enter your cards or project/s .. One entry per participant, please. Be sure to add the link to your entry and not your whole blog as this makes it much easier on the team to find your creations. Thanks for participating!

Hope to See you a Guylou’s!  Chana

About Chana Malkah

I am a "bubbie" (translation: grandmother), clinical supervisor(pediatrics) and an avid cardmaker. I enjoy making stationery sets and giving them to family and friends. This blog is for those who are just starting to explore cardmaking and other papercrafting. I have been away from cardmaking for about five years and was astounded by all the exciting changes in the craft. When I started stamping back in 1998, I only worked with wood mounted rubber stamps, metal stencils, markers and embossing powders and ink. Now there is a whole world out there and I hope we can explore together. In just eleven short months, I have gone from being afraid of posting my being invited to join two design teams and waiting to hear from two more! Pursue your Passion!

Your card is very pretty! I love the look of pearls too but have a hard time using them. 😉
