A Circle of Hearts – Stamp TV Free For All Friday Challenge

This is my first round card challenge!  I had just received a couple of new dies and thought this one was perfect.

The Grand Scallop Circles Die also makes a very nice card!  The submissions to this challenge were awesome.  I almost decided against submitting a card once I saw the wonderful creations in the Gallery.  I am making a gift basket for my grandson’s teacher and I think I will include this card and make a few more.  They really are fun!  This is a new photo.     “Linda,” at Stamp TV,  suggested that one embellishment  on the card was a distraction.  I had been unsure about it and removed it at her suggestion…it was a distraction and the card looks so much better without it!

About Chana Malkah

I am a "bubbie" (translation: grandmother), clinical supervisor(pediatrics) and an avid cardmaker. I enjoy making stationery sets and giving them to family and friends. This blog is for those who are just starting to explore cardmaking and other papercrafting. I have been away from cardmaking for about five years and was astounded by all the exciting changes in the craft. When I started stamping back in 1998, I only worked with wood mounted rubber stamps, metal stencils, markers and embossing powders and ink. Now there is a whole world out there and I hope we can explore together. In just eleven short months, I have gone from being afraid of posting my work...to being invited to join two design teams and waiting to hear from two more! Pursue your Passion!

  1. Linda says:

Beautiful card except for the black and blue pearl embellishment on the left side of the flower. It distracts from a very beautiful card.
